Who can do Pilates?
Anyone of any age can learn Pilates. Men and women from teenagers through to seniors. We focus on learning and maintaining correct alignment and techniques in a relaxed and safe environment. As with any new exercise programme you should always consult with your medical practitioner before beginning an exercise regime.
What are the Benefits?
A balanced and aligned body. Pilates promotes good postural habits increasing flexibility, balance and co-ordination. Pilates lengthens and strengthens the muscles increasing tone and endurance.
